Healthy, natural, smart comfort
We spend on average 90% of our time indoors. In creating thermal comfort and energy efficiency we need to insulate our homes. Measurements show that immediately after closing windows CO2 level starts to increase to unhealthy levels, if there is no smart ventilation. Notwithstanding the impact of the materials we live with and the effect of cooking on fossil fuels on the quality of the air we breath.
We design our projects with thermal comfort, inner air quality, sunlight and noise comfort in mind.
Solar powered
The sun radiates enough energy to earth per hour, making a 60W lightbulb shine for 24 hours for every single person on the planet (that’s 7 billion people). That’s free energy for all!
We believe that everyone has right to 100% renewable energy. That’s why we design our projects with a common owned energy generation system, usually solar cells. We use roof- and facade-surface to capture as much sun energy as possible.
Through smart metering and budgeting it might even be possible to earn revenues from selling surplus energy not consumed.
